The Superbs - On A Day When It's Raining - Dore
B/W - Spoonfull
Condition - NM (A stunning condition copy with super clean labels. Virtually un-played vinyl)
A super rare Dore release from the west coast group consisting of Eleanor Green, Ronald Cook, Bobby Swain, and Walter White.
This is proper group harmony soul at it's very best.
For a number of years this was thought to be unreleased by many and since then very few copies have ever surfaced and certainly not in such fine condition.
The flip is a semi instrumental version of Ray Marchand "Ship of Fools" which has a certain charm to it.
This 45 has yet to reach it's full potential, and in the right hands could be something special (Although Butch has spun this a few times in sets + a select few DJ's.).
